Monique's classes are calm and mindful. They are gentle and I feel the benefits in my body and mind. 

Monique used some hands on adjustments with some of the postures which I found really useful (she did ask first!). I really love this practice. I would highly reccomend for both beginners and those more experienced.

Mon has the most calming voice. She has a way of explaining the positions and breathing exercises that make it easy to follow. She gives you choices of every position, so that you are able to progress for the future.
