WHAT IS HATHA YOGA CLASS LIKE?

Welcome to my Hatha Yoga sessions, where we prioritise gentle yet effective practices to harmonise mind and body. In our sessions, we delve into breath-work, mindful poses, and meditation, cultivating a sense of alignment within ourselves. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, all are embraced in this inclusive practice.

Join us for our group in-person class every Tuesday from 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm in Waltham Abbey. It's an opportunity to immerse yourself in the fundamentals of Yoga, refine your alignment and posture, and deepen your connection with your body. Our community fosters a welcoming and nurturing environment, where you'll feel supported on your journey toward holistic well-being.

To embark on your personalised yoga journey through private sessions, simply reach out to me to coordinate schedules and discuss rates. For our one-on-one sessions, rest assured that all necessary props and equipment are provided, though you're more than welcome to bring your own favorites. Whether in the comfort of your own home or at a designated venue (with an optional additional fee for venue arrangement and transportation), your private sessions will be meticulously tailored to suit your unique body, goals, and aspirations.
