A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

For nearly a decade, Yoga has been my sanctuary, guiding me through life's challenges and fostering a deeper connection with myself. It has been my anchor offering tranquility and mindfulness. I am truly blessed by the opportunities I've had to share Yoga within my community the past few years.
 

My journey with Yoga began to not only find something to strengthen my body, but also nurture my mental and emotional well-being. Yoga surpassed my expectations, providing a sense of vitality and inner peace that I now thrive sharing with my students. Whether your goal is to strengthen/stretch your body, enhance your health, or cultivate mindfulness, my practice holds space for your unique journey.
 

Embracing inclusivity is at the heart of my teaching. I strive to create an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported. This commitment led me to pursue specialised training in Women’s Health, equipping me with knowledge from menstruation, childbirth, until post-menopause (and everything in between). Now, I can support and empower women of all stages and backgrounds, ensuring that every individual feels seen, heard, and celebrated in my classes.
