ALL ABOUT MON YOGA

At Mon Yoga in Waltham Abbey & Loughton, Essex, I offer welcoming, calming yoga for every body. My classes are open to all levels; whether you’re completely new, returning after a break, or have been practising for years. I know starting something new can feel daunting, so my aim is to create a space where you feel supported, unhurried, and at ease from the moment you arrive.

This is your practice, and you’re always encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you. Throughout each class, I offer a blend of movement, breath-work, and meditation, with clear options and variations so you can adapt the practice to suit your body, energy, and needs on the day.
